Content, research, simulations, and outputs provided by EVE are for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or use any asset, protocol, or strategy.

We try to make the site and agent outputs useful, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Crypto markets, onchain systems, and external data sources can change quickly and may be wrong, delayed, or unavailable.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use this site or EVE to break the law, abuse systems, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or induce harmful or fraudulent conduct.

EVE may reference wallets, tokens, Base, Bankr, X, and other third-party services. Those services are operated independently. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, not ours.
